Membership Requirements

• Proof of a current Rabies, DHPP and Bordetella vaccination from a Veterinarian
• Signed Release of Liability and Indemnification Form
• Signed acceptance of Bark Park Rules and Regulations

Membership rates – SPECIAL $150.00 annual membership (ex.9/1/09)

Annual Membership Pass

Up to 3 dogs per member.
Unlimited Bark Park access.

$180 for VHA General Practice clients
(All pets must be current with annual health exams at VHA)

$240 if you are not a VHA General Practice client

Monthly Pass

$25 up to 3 dogs

Daily Pass

$5 up to 3 dogs

Members may cancel this contract without penalty or obligation (and receive a full refund) within 7 calendar days of the date membership begins. Memberships are not transferrable. Veterinary Healthcare Associates reserves the right to deny entry to the park or membership in the park for a violation of the Rules & Regulations of the VHA Bark Park, and to terminate membership or expel a person and/or dog from the park for a violation of the Rules and Regulations of the VHA Bark Park. If Veterinary Healthcare Associates terminates a membership, they reserve the right to return pro-rated fees or no fees.
