John Maxwell, DVM
Dr. John Maxwell is a 1974 graduate of the University Of Georgia College Of Veterinary Medicine. He came to Winter Haven immediately upon graduating to practice with Dr. W.L. Dr. Maxwell continued as a solo practitioner until he welcomed Dr. Loren T. Nations in 1992. The practice has steadily grown since then into a seven doctor, 24-hour general practice with critical care, specialty/referral and emergency care capabilities. He has enjoyed the opportunity to provide veterinary health care to our community for the past 33 years.
In his free time, “Doc” can be found on the golf course, planning a fishing trip or playing ball with his Boxer “Hoss” and Cocker Spaniel “Lucy”.
